Your data

What we store. The customer lists and sales history you upload, the notes, promises and plans your team records, and your workspace settings. That's all.

How it's separated. Every record belongs to a business workspace. Only people you invite can see your workspace's data — other businesses on The Attention Keeper can never reach it.

How it's used. Your data is used only to show you retention insights inside your own workspace. The Attention Radar compares each customer against their own buying history — it never shares or pools your data with anyone else.

AI features. When you use the AI Retention Coach, the relevant customer's recorded data is sent to our AI provider to write your advice. It is not used to train models for other customers.

If you leave. Cancel any time — your data stays safe and readable until the end of your paid period. You can delete customers individually, or ask us to delete your whole workspace.

Payments. Card details go straight to our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store them.
